Accountable for the following tasks across 9 countries on a $2 Billion annual US Government contract;
Creation/Providing Training of Quality Systems (20+ - Over 5,500+ Trained),
Customer Service Program (MWR/DFAC) Data Oversight with 49,000+ feedback received. (Program: 98%),
Audit Checklist Development (3,000+ developed against processes/requirements),
Over 700 Corrective Action Planning Outputs through root cause (5 Why) analysis (To include completing Corrective Actions through effectiveness audits),

Work with V2X/Vectrus Process Owners of various departments across 9 countries on develop of Subcontractor Statement of Works (SOW) (1,300+), & with Subcontractors/Suppliers on Quality Control Plans (QCP) (125+). 220+ Full Time Subcontractors across 9 Task Orders.
Coach & evaluate employees; 5 Quality Ops employees (Team of 4 to 6) were promoted between 2021 & 2023.
Aid the LCV PMO Quality Document Control/Process Development Team as needed for reviews of documents. (Several dozen Quality Documents & Training slides either created, updated, or reviewed)
Review Letter of Technical Direction (LOTD) contractual changes received from Contracts for Change Management from a Quality perspective. (3,000+).
Monitor/Answer/Write 300+ emails daily + Teams messages & manages an average of 8 meetings a day (Virtual & In-Person) for 9 countries & varying time zones.

Deputy Quality Manager / Acting Manager
Vectrus K-BOSSS Program Quality, Kuwait | 08/2016 - 06/2021 / 03 - 12/2017 (10-12 hrs., 6 days a week)
Co-Managed the K-BOSSS Quality Department, the largest U.S. government contract of its kind in the world & the Kuwait DFAC 3.0 Program Quality Department (2019-2020).
Simplified the audit risk matrix, audit naming convention & Program Auditor schedules into 1 usable excel document as a PI; saving 16 hours a month- $5,000+ a year.
Accountable for the Program’s Training / Professional Development Team (PDT) of 4, which presented mandatory training, as well as other professional training (100’s of trained employees & 1000’s of training records updated monthly).
Accountable for the Customer Service team & the customer comment card program (99% avg), which processed on average 35,000-40,000 a month. Evaluated/Investigated & resolved an avg. of 10 customer complaints (unsatisfactory) through root cause analysis & took actions to preclude reoccurrence through corrective & preventative actions.
Accountable for the document control section which maintained over 1,600 & at one time over 2,000 documents for the program, which included reviewing internal procedures/processes such as work instructions for compliance adequacy.
Mentored 3 Quality Supervisors, ensuring nonconformance milestones where monitored for aging, assessed audits were achieved to the Quality Management standards & ensure auditors properly out briefed auditees.
Act as liaison with the 30+ Government Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) & 2-5 Quality Assurance Representatives/Specialists (QAR/QAS) during monthly & other ad-hoc meetings.
Manage the Quality Committee (17), whose representatives (65 avg) met monthly; Identified over 100 process improvements in its first year (Oct 18/19). Acted as alternate safety committee member for several years.
Directly/indirectly involved in over $20,000,000 in cost saving improvement initiatives (VIP, 5S or Kaizen) for K-BOSSS since 2016. Led or supported over 4 dozen (50+) DMAIC based Projects, with over 40 Kaizen projects & over 150 5S Projects completed.
Review Subcontractor Statement of Works (SOW) for quality between Oct 2018 – July 2021. Avg 45+ monthly.
Accountable for all weekly, monthly, quarterly & bi-annual reports are submitted on time to management, which included a review of compliance, improvements & other metrics/methods that showed the health of the Quality System.
PMO Quality Auditor
Exelis / Vectrus K-BOSSS Program Quality, Kuwait | 08/2014 - 08/2016 (8 hrs. a day, 6 days a week)
Responsible for cost savings for the company of an estimated $1.5 million in identifying non-conformances prior to the government. 31 documented LVI/LVII Nonconformances discovered.
Perform 50+ root cause research/analysis of process failures & service nonconformities & participated & facilitated, as required, in Quality partnering meetings with Internal & External Customers.
Assist process owners in the development & deployment of processes for the purpose of encouraging process improvement initiatives & managing work instructions & records. Participated in 5S & other projects, such as revamping the ASG-KU Key Control Program & the PWD HVAC Shop at Camp Buehring in Kuwait.
Monitor functional area internal Quality Control inspection programs/ 5 embedded auditors to monitor; evaluating their audits met requirements. Acting Supervisor for PMO Quality Team on several occasions.
Carry out Quality Assurance compliance, surveillance, & special audits/investigations in functional areas as assigned; evaluated external processes/internal processes & contractual (PWS) requirements. From 09/2014 till July 2016: 1,200+ Public Works, Postal, Fuels & Program Management audits executed with an additional 600+ safety audits. Over 25,000 contractual requirement lines audited.
Provide 4 key management metrics (excel charts)/reports relating to program leadership, such as weekly, monthly, quarterly & bi-annual status & analysis reports on the quality department & quality health of the contract.
Assist the Customer Comment Card Program Team of 3, (98%) avg. contract wide; responded to unsatisfactory comments & collaborated with process owners on actions to mitigate as well as assist with the document control team reviewing processes with process owners & managing the SharePoint library.
