Hello Everyone,

I'm Justin, AKA The Tired QA Guy.

I'm a Quality Professional who has been working Quality Assurance tirelessly for many years on very large programs.

I want to get some knowledge out to the masses in a simple way folks can understand but still gain wisdom. 

To do this I created short videos on a wide variety of Quality related topics on a regular basis for two years, all intended to help get some understanding of why it matters in our work and personal lives.

I have several hundred so far on a variety of sites.

Hopefully one day I won't be so tired, as Quality never rests, and I need some reinforcements.

I have primarily worked in the service/retail/logistics field over the last 30+ years, but what I have learned can be used everywhere.

Having trained thousands of people, worked with hundreds of companies on creating Quality Systems, I have found that to this day, Quality is still lacking across the board in some cases.  

I am hoping the videos I am posting on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. will help in a small way with the gap in knowledge of Quality across the world.
